The USA warehouse is located in a tax-free state – Delaware. The European warehouse is located in Berlin. After registration, you will get access to the addresses.
There is a Sales Tax in the USA added to all products purchased online. The amount of tax depends on the state where the items are delivered and may reach 10%. Our warehouse is located in a tax-free state – Delaware – this means that Sales Tax won’t be added to any of your purchases as the Delaware Sales Tax will equal zero.
You can top up your LiteMF account with a debit or credit card or via PayPal.
If you’re planning to pay by card all the time, you can link it to your account via Cloud Payments.
To top up an account (to enter the details of your card), you will be redirected to a payment gateway called Cloud Payments. Connection with the payment gateway and data transmission are carried out in protected mode using SSL encryption protocol. If your bank supports safe online payment technology (i.e., Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, MIR Accept, J-Secure) you may need to enter a special password to complete the payment. The processing center protects and processes the data of your bank card according to safety standard PCI DSS 3.0. Data is transmitted to the payment gateway using SSL encryption technology. Further data transmission takes place in closed bank networks with the highest safety level. The entered information won’t be given to any third party unless otherwise provided by the law of your country.
Bank card payments are affected in strict adherence to the requirements of payment processors.
No, LiteMF doesn’t charge a fee for topping up an account, however, the payment processor we use charges a service fee of 3% of the payment amount for affecting a transaction.

The cost of the delivery is automatically charged after the outgoing package is wrapped and weighed.
The cost of other paid services (e.g., additional photos, splitting items, buying an order with the Purchase Assistant, etc.) is charged when these services are ordered.
If there is not enough money, the balance will go into the red and you can top it up later. However, you need to have enough money to pay for the order if you buy via LiteMF (Purchase Assistant).
To withdraw money, you can use only the same card that you used to top up your account. You can withdraw the sum that is lesser or equal to the sum of topping up.
When using mail forwarding, you can only withdraw the money loaded according to the Parcel Protection Program to your PayPal account, as the sum is usually greater than the sum of topping up from the card.
