• Possible slowdowns in processing packages

    Because of the pandemic situation a part of the American warehouse workforce are on quarantine, due to which three subsequent weeks may have slowdowns in packages being processed and sent.

    We apologise and ask for understanding. Currently everything in our power is being done to speed up the process.

    Our warehouse works and complies with all hygienic requirements, the rooms are being regularly cleared & disinfected, all workers wear protective masks.

  • Payments system temporary malfunction

    Dear customers! We are apologies for the inconvenience, but there are some technical issues with card linking and payments system in EURO on our website. Temporary we can not process any transaction using UERO. You can still add money to your account using US dollars - our system will convert it automatically after payment is processed . We will do our best to fix this issue as soon as possible. We appreciate your business.

    We have launched a new USA warehouse in Claymont, Delaware. The warehouse starts working from 7th March 2016. You can view the full address by following the link:

    Please create outgoing packages from the items you have in stock at Nashua warehouse. Also make sure you change the delivery address in all of your favourite shop accounts. Our warehouse in Nashua works and processes packages only until 30th March 2015.
