Dear customers! We have launched a new USA warehouse in Claymont, Delaware. The warehouse starts working from 7th March 2016. We are now informing you that, unfortunately, due to a huge amount of goods at our warehouse, we have to set time limits for goods storage. All the incoming packages will be stored at the warehouse for free for 3 months, after 3 months of storage they will be recycled. The corresponding paragraph will be added to our Terms of Service (http://ru.litemf.com/en/terms-of-service). The first recycling process is going to be on the 7th of March, 2016. Dear LiteMF clients, we draw your attention to the updates in our system - we have a new requirement for all incoming packages: they have to contain a printed invoice. We will compare the contents of every incoming package with its invoice. This process was set up in a little bit different way earlier and this new system will help us to speed up the checking-in and packing processes. We understand that it may cause some inconvenience therefore we ask you to remind your sellers to include a printed invoice in your package.
