When receiving a package I noticed that it had been opened (items missing or damaged). What do I do?
Ask a delivery service employee to draw up a report, make a video when receiving and opening the package, take photos.
If the contents/its part is missing, or the items are damaged, contact our Support service and describe the situation in details, attaching all the information you've collected to your claim. -
I found a discrepancy in the weight of the package: it’s less than what I paid for. Is that OK?
Allowable weight difference is 20 grams for international mailing units like «small packet» and 50 grams for «package». It may be a result of different humidity, balance error or conversion between different measurement systems.
If the discrepancy is greater than that, a report of weight discrepancy is drawn up.
If it is found out that there had been a technical mistake before shipping which led to increased delivery cost, we will make corrections based on the provided information (photo of the package on scales, videos, reports) and refund part of the shipping cost. -
I received someone else’s items in my package. What do I do?
Contact us as soon as possible, send us the number of the package and photos of the received items, describe the situation in details.
Don’t damage the original packaging of the items, do not use them! As soon as we receive the required information, internal dispute will be initiated, and we will let you know what to do next. -
I received my items in my country but I want to return them. How do I do that?
If you already have the items, you will have to return them on your own as LiteMF doesn’t deliver from your country.
You can send the items to our warehouse and then send them to the seller but you can also send them directly to the seller. Contact Support service to find out the further steps.
