1. Do you charge any commission fees on transactions?

    If you pay via PayOnline, no commission fees are charged.

    If you top up using your bank card via RBK Money, you will be charged a 3% fee.

    If you top up your account using a currency other than USD, you have to take in currency exchange rates. We also do not take any commission on currency exchange operations.

  2. What payment options are available on your website?

    You can select from various payment options during the registration process. You can change these settings anytime. Currently, we offer the following:

    • Debit or credit card. You can link your card to your account using PayOnline if you plan to use this method regularly.

    • If you don't want to link your bank card to your account and prefer to input all card details right before you top up, you can use our "Bank card: via RBK Money" payment method.

    • PayPal.

    Please, note that there is a 3% commission in each payment system.

  3. How and when can I pay for services?

    After you sign up, you’ll be asked to link your credit or debit card to your account. We will notify you of the total cost and a detailed breakdown of your expenses. The total amount, including additional services and shipping costs, is charged automatically.

  4. Are there country restrictions on where my card was issued?

  5. Can I withdraw money from my account?

    Withdrawal is possible after you apply for it in the corresponding section on our website. Please, note that you can only use the same card as the one that was used to top up your account. You can withdraw the same or less amount that has been topped up.

    Attention! For the withdrawal of the funds, paid for your Protection Plan Parcels, you have to take the above mentioned information in consideration. All the funds (that exceed the amount paid by card) can be withdrawn to other payment accounts (currently, it is PayPal).

  6. What services do I pay for?

    You only pay shipping fees.

  7. Do I have to pay any membership fees in order to have a LiteMF account?

    No, LiteMF does not collect annual, monthly or any other membership or subscription fees. Registration is also free of charge.
